First of all I am not an DJ (Disc Jockey) or RJ (Radio Jockey) but still I wanna share some important highlights between the songs formats.
What the hell is this FLAC format ?
So guys from the very 1st day of listening the songs, we (most of us) thought that mp3 in the only format commonly used while listening songs. Now the fact is mp3 is just a lossy format of an song.
Say for an example if a song has 10,000 parts, in an mp3 format some of the parts are not included and hence which leads to reduction in the size of the song (in terms of size).But the parts that are not included in mp3 is that portion which most of the common public ignores while listening (background beats).
So we can clearly say that FLAC (that stands for Free Lossless Audio Codec) is better than the mp3 format.
But why are FLAC songs not commonly used ?
Well size and knowledge has always been an issue for listeners in the world. We always look/search for the items we have knowledge of.
Flac songs generally have an ratio of 2:1 as compared to mp3 songs (320 kbps) or ratio of 3:1 as compared to mp3 songs (190 kbps).
Say for an example if a song is of 8 MB (mp3 320kbps format), the same may be of 20 to 24 Mb+ (FLAC format - 1037Kbps). Hence, most of us would negotiate for the background beats. xD !
So most of us would not like our storage to be extra consumed with 90% of same results of an song.
Can I simply hear FLAC song ?
WELL, a clap needs an smash of both the palms.
So for listening the flac songs, you must have an powerful earphone/headset/sound speaker too. In this regard, please note that:
